Allied Health Application Deadlines & Pre-Admissions Conference Dates

Pre-Admissions Conferences will begin in Fall 2025. The next cohort will be accepted at that time for Fall 2026. Deadline for program applications will be March 15, 2026.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography Pre-Admissions Information

Application deadline is October 15, 2026, for the next Practical Nursing Cohort in January 2027 on the Hazard Campus. After completing the pre-admission conference, the application link will be at the end.

Practical Nursing Preadmissions Information

 

October 15th, 2026, for the next RN Nursing Cohort in January 2027 on the Hazard. After completing the pre-admission conference, the application link will be at the end. 

Nursing Preadmissions Conference Information

 

Application deadline is April 1, 2024. Pre-Admissions Conferences will be added in later in the Fall 2024 semester.
