Ready to get enrolled at Hazard Community & Technical College? Express Enrollment is available from November 24 to December 12! 

HCTC’s Enrollment Service Centers are open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Hazard and Lees College Campuses, excluding November 26, November 27 and November 28, in recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday. 

You may also enroll by calling 606-487-3293 or emailing HCTC-Admissions@kctcs.edu. You may enroll with an unofficial transcript.

Enroll anytime during this period for a chance to win one of two 40" TVs or an Apple Watch! ALL students who enroll are eligible. 

40" TV winners will be announced on December 1 and 8. The Apple Watch winner will be announced on December 15. HCTC will share this information on social media and contact the winners by email or phone.

HCTC Express Enrollment makes the college admission process as simple and fast as possible. We will walk you through the process, and you’ll walk away with your Spring class schedule!

At Express Enrollment, you can:

  • Talk to financial aid staff
  • Learn about the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship
  • Submit required documents
  • Take placement tests (if needed)
  • Register for classes

Contest Rules

  • To qualify, students must enroll between November 24 and December 12.
  • Per federal regulations, any gift or prize awarded by the college must be reported as part of your financial aid Cost of Attendance (COA) for the academic year. If your COA is already fully met, the value of the prize may reduce your eligibility for federal student loans, state grants, or work-study funds.
