Want to start college this Spring? Come to Express Enrollment!

Ready to get enrolled at Hazard Community & Technical College? Express Enrollment is December 2 thru December 13!! When you enroll during Express Enrollment, you will be entered to win one of ten $50 gas cards!! The earlier you come in and register during Express Enrollment, the more chances you have to win!

HCTC’s Enrollment Service Centers will be open December 2-13 (Monday- Friday) from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM at our Hazard and Lees College Campuses or enroll by calling 606-487-3293 or emailing HCTC-Admissions@kctcs.edu. You may enroll with an unofficial transcript.

Gas Cards will be drawn daily starting Tuesday, December 3rd and the final drawing will occur on Monday, December 16th.  Winners will be announced on Facebook and contacted by email and phone.  Entries will be collected over the period of the campaign.  That means the earlier you come in and register during this event the more chances you have to win!  Gift cards must be picked up by January 17, 2025.

HCTC Express Enrollment makes the college admission process as simple and fast as possible. We will walk you through the process, and you’ll walk away with your Spring class schedule!

At Express Enrollment you can:

  • Take placement tests (if needed)

Contest Rules

  • You must be a full-time, credential-seeking student currently enrolled or a newly enrolled student for Spring 2025 classes to qualify. You must enroll on/or before December 13, 2024.
  • ***Regulations governing federal student aid programs (grants, loans, and work study) require the reporting of any gifts/prizes awarded by an institution to be reflected in a student’s financial aid Cost of Attendance (COA) budget during the academic year the gift/prize was awarded. Please note, when a student’s COA is fully met it can result in a student becoming ineligible to receive a federal student loan, state grant award, or work study award for the academic year/ semester in question (or have those awards reduced to fully meet the COA budget).
