Ready to get enrolled at Hazard Community & Technical College? Express Enrollment is available from July 28 to August 9!

HCTC’s Enrollment Service Centers will be open July 28-August 9 (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Hazard and Lees College Campuses, or enroll by calling 606-487-3293 or emailing HCTC-Admissions@kctcs.edu. You may enroll with an unofficial transcript.

We'll also offer EXTENDED HOURS on August 7 (Lees College Campus), 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and August 9 (Hazard Campus), 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Enroll anytime during this period for a chance to win an Apple HomePod mini! We will make you feel right at HOME!

Apple HomePod mini winners will be announced on August 4 and 11. HCTC will share this information on social media and contact the winners by email or phone.

HCTC Express Enrollment makes the college admission process as simple and fast as possible. We will walk you through the process, and you’ll walk away with your Fall class schedule!

Contest Rules

• To qualify, students must enroll between July 28 and August 9.
• Per federal regulations, any gift or prize awarded by the college must be reported as part of your financial aid Cost of Attendance (COA) for the academic year. If your COA is already fully met, the value of the prize may reduce your eligibility for federal student loans, state grants, or work-study funds.
