Interlibrary Loan Form - Books and Audiovisuals
The purpose of this form is to borrow books and obtain journal articles that are not
available to you locally. Charges will be limited to those made by the lending libraries.
For specific interlibrary loan policies, consult your home campus library website.
Please check the KCTCS library catalog to locate the item you wish to request in the
KCTCS library system. If the item is available at your home campus library, simply
go there and check it out. If not, and the item is available elsewhere in the system,
enter the location below.
WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTION
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the
making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain
conditions specified by the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish
a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy
or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship,
or research." If a user makes a request for or later uses a photocopy or reproductions
