HCTCs Misty Feltner brings home gold and silver marketing awards

Two videos produced at Hazard Community and Technical College brought in top honors for outstanding achievement in marketing communications at the National Conference for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 2 conference.

HCTC s Graphic Designer Misty Feltner received the Gold Award in the College Promotional Video category for the 2013 HCTC Community Report. Feltner also was honored with a Silver Award for a video that included student Contessa Campbell on Why I Go.

HCTC President Dr. Steve Greiner praised Mrs. Feltner for her work. Misty has a creative eye and HCTC continues to benefit from her creativity and hard work.

Feltner lives in Viper with her husband, Elmer.

NCMPR District 2 is comprised of community colleges in 11 Southeastern states, along with the Bahamas and Bermuda. The NCMPR District 2 Medallion Awards is an annual award celebration honoring the marketing and communication efforts of community college marketing and public relations professionals.
