HCTC Dean's List Spring 2022The following Hazard Community and Technical College students have been named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2022 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must be listed as credential-seeking, must attain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale, and must successfully complete at least 12-18 KCTCS semester credits of course work numbered 100 or above (excluding any courses considered developmental).

HCTC President's ListThe following Hazard Community and Technical College students have been named to the President's Honor List for the Spring 2022 semester. To be named to the President's Honor List, a student must be listed as credential-seeking, must earn a perfect 4.0 grade point average, and must successfully complete at least 12 KCTCS semester credits of course work numbered 100 or above (excluding any courses considered developmental and without withdrawing from a course).

Hazard Community and Technical College honored graduates on Saturday, May7 during three separate ceremonies. A total of 849 students received 1642 credentials -- 393 degrees, 88 diplomas, and 1161 certificates. Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, and Associate in Applied Science degrees were awarded along with diplomas and certificates. The ceremony was for graduates for the 2021-22 academic year – including those who completed required coursework in Fall 2021 and those who will complete in August 2022, as well as the May 2022 graduates.  Hazard Community and Technical College honored graduates on Saturday, May7 during three separate ceremonies. Hazard Community and Technical College (HCTC) is set to hold its first full commencement ceremony since 2019 on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Hazard Community and Technical College’s (HCTC) Cosmetology Department has a new face!
