TUESDAY NIGHT LIVE EVENING CLASSES
Have you struggled with online classes? Do you need extra support and help from instructors and tutors? Do you want to become part of a community of students? Then TNL is for YOU!
Attend TNL on the Hazard Campus every Tuesday during the Fall 2024 semester. You can take up to 5 classes in this time block, and get help with them all from Success Coaches, Peer Mentors, Tutors, and Instructors. Take part in study groups, or simply use Tuesday Nights as a distraction-free zone to get work done. We’ll provide a quiet place to work, people to help you, and healthy snacks and light meals.
Classes are available in Biology, Writing, Human Services, Math and Early Childhood. Even if you aren’t enrolled in TNL classes, you can take advantage of TNL services.
Tuesday Night Live offers you online instruction with in-person support from instructors, tutors, success coaches, and more.
You will enroll in any of the classes listed below. Coursework will mostly be online, and you will attend in-person TNL sessions on the Hazard campus every Tuesday from 5:30-7:30. All the instructors listed below will also attend these sessions, in addition to tutors and success coaches.
You will come to 236JCC at 5:30. You may use the time to meet with instructors, get help from tutors, explore resources with Success Coaches, or simply find a quiet place away from family and jobs to do coursework. We hope to offer healthy snacks and light meals on most nights.
If you have struggled with online classes, need extra support and help, and/or want to feel part of a community, TNL is for you! If you’ve failed one of the classes below, we can offer you the extra support you need to be successful. Any student can enroll in TNL, but you must make a firm commitment to attend sessions every Tuesday night. Attendance is NOT optional!
