Surgical Tech Pre-admission Conference

The Surgical Technology Program at Hazard Community and Technical College announces its Pre-Admission Conference Schedule, for those interested in this medical career.

A pre-admission conference is an informal group conference for providing information. April 1, 2019, is the date for students to complete all admission requirements.

The conferences will be: Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2 p.m., Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208; Thursday, Nov. 8, 1 p.m., Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208; Thursday, Dec, 6,1:30 p.m., Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208;

In 2019, the conferences will be: Tuesday, Jan, 15, 12:00 noon, Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208; Tuesday Jan. 29, 2 p.m., Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208; Thursday, Feb. 21, 12:00 noon, Big Sandy Community and Technical College, Prestonsburg Campus – PSE Bldg., Room 223; Monday, March 4, 11 a.m., Bailey-Stumbo Building, Room 208.

The agenda for these conferences includes discussion of the Surgical Technology Program admission process, Surgical Technology Program requirements, and an overview of the profession.
