Osborne performs at Hal Rogers event

Dean Osborne, Director of the Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music, provided entertainment recently at an event with Congressman Hal and Cynthia Rogers. The event was in honor of U.S. House Speaker John Boehner and guests in Somerset. Osborne says he is appreciative of the support Congressman Rogers has given to Hazard Community and Technical College and the KSBTM.
