    New Cosmetology class offered at HCTC

    cosmetology classHCTC is starting a new class in its Cosmetology Program. The deadline to enroll is Friday, Sept. 13. Wilma Maggard is the instructor for this class and new students wanting a career in Cosmetology are invited to enroll. The class meets Monday through Friday and begins Sept. 16.
