Jeanette and Bill Hall donate $20,000 to HCTC for the newly-created Floyd and Aileen
Hall Family Endowed Scholarship in honor of Bill s parents. They are designating the
scholarships for students who are graduating from Hazard High School with a preference
to the Hazard Band of Gold members. Both Jeanette and Bill are former adjunct faculty
members (dental hygiene and real estate, respectively) and they realize the importance
of the College in the community. The Halls presented the check to Dr. Steve Greiner,
HCTC President. We thank Bill and Jeanette for their generous support and for their
interest in furthering the education of students, Dr. Greiner said.
