HCTC promotes five faculty members

Five Hazard Community and Technical College faculty members are being promoted, effective July 1. Their hometown and positions are:

Jerry Combs and Dr. Paul Currie, both of Hazard, both promoted to professor.

Those being promoted to assistant professor are: Shalena Jarvis of Sizerock, James Madden of Hindman, and Walter Smith of Bulan.

HCTC President Dr. Steve Greiner noted, I am proud of the accomplishments of these five members of our faculty. Each one is committed to student success and I m glad to see them promoted for their excellence.
