HCTC offers Cosmetology training

The Cosmetology Department at Hazard Community and Technical College is offering apprentice instructor training beginning spring 2015. The program lasts three semesters. Class size is limited. This class is open to those with no less than one year experience with a master s license and an Active Cosmetology License, noted Susan Johnson, Cosmetology Program Coordinator.
