HCTC graduation is May 7 at Perry County Central High School
Hazard Community and Technical College will hold graduation ceremonies on Saturday, May 7 in the John Combs Arena at Perry County Central High School, at 10 a.m. with student speaker Kristin Baker.
A total of 515 students are receiving a total of 1,411 credentials. Associate in arts, associate in science, associate in applied science, and degrees will be awarded along with diplomas and certificates. The ceremony includes all graduates for the 2015-16 academic year those who graduated in August and December and those who will graduate May 7.
HCTC Interim President Dr. Juston Pate said, This is a wonderful day of celebration that families can share with their graduates. We look forward to graduation because it represents a major accomplishment and it is life-changing for our students.
