HCTC Faculty Member and Director of the UCM has article published

Dr. Mobelini is well versed on her topic of Community Colleges: Partnerships in Higher Education, stated HCTC Provost Dr. R. Kathy Smoot. As Director of our UCM, she is constantly in search of completer degrees and partnerships with other colleges and universities that will allow our local students to remain at home while earning their bachelor s and/or master s degrees.

Dr. Mobelini received her Doctoral degree in Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at UK. She holds a master s degree from UK and a bachelor s degree from Union College.

Her honors include the HCTC New Horizons faculty award, Hyden-Leslie County Chamber of Commerce Instructor of the Year, and the 1996 Outstanding Young Woman of the Year presented by the Hazard-Perry County Chamber of Commerce for Outstanding Community Service.
