
HCTC s Kentucky School of Bluegrass amp; Traditional Music Fall 2012 KSBTM Ensembles
Showcase delighted the audience in the new performance space at the HCTC Leslie County
Center in Hyden on December 3. Groups performing were Tiger Creek, Fall Break, Morning
Joy, Straight up Lonesome as well as a special appearance by Dan Woods and Ben Noble.
Also performing were the children of Melissa and Brack Allen Sr. which includes 9-year-old
twins Adell and Sue Ellen and Brack Allen Jr. They were accompanied by Cody Canada
who will attend classes in the fall. Students performed songs they had written and
the crowd enjoyed the wide variety of music.
