Crazy College Chemistry Lab Day

Jackson City School Kindergarten students in Amy Hollan s class enjoy hands-on experiments during Crazy College Chemistry Lab Day at the Lees College Campus of Hazard Community and Technical College. Faculty member Jennifer Jackson and Instructional Specialist Brian Stewart led the students in making a version of silly putty using glue and borax. The students also put baking soda in a flask with colored vinegar and saw a volcano erupt. The students learned while having fun.
