College is affordable at HCTC
Christian Callihan is pleased with the financial aid and scholarship assistance he received to attend Hazard Community and Technical College.
The help I received paid for everything -- books, tuition, everything I needed to come to the college. When I enrolled, I did not know how much I would receive but I was pleasantly surprised, he said.
Callihan has supplemented his educational costs through scholarships for which he applied. I was able to buys the tools I needed for the Electricity Program where I m enrolled through assistance I received.
He said applying for financial aid was easy. I encourage others to apply for financial
aid and scholarships now. The deadline to apply for HCTC scholarships is March 31.

I will be debt free when I graduate, Callihan said. That is another thing I really love about making my decision to attend HCTC instead of a four-year university.
