Astronaut Tim Kopra visits Leslie County - invitation of Congressman Rogers

Astronaut Tim Kopra visited the Leslie County Center of Hazard Community and Technical College on Aug. 31 at the invitation of Fifth District Congressman Harold Rogers.

Students in Hyden also were able to speak with two NASA astronauts currently living and working aboard the International Space Station. Expedition 48 Commander Jeff Williams and Flight Engineer Kate Rubins answered questions from students.
