Rotary day held on November 18th, 2022

Having high school juniors think about their careers is the purpose of Rotary Day, which was celebrated on Friday, Nov. 18 at Hazard Community and Technical College. Students attending were from Hazard, Buckhorn, Perry County Central, Knott County Central, Owsley County, Leslie County, Cordia, and Jackson City. They had a chance to talk with college professors about potential career opportunities. The Rotary Club supports this annual event by providing lunch. Rotarians came to greet the students and express how important it is to be thinking now about a chosen career.
