Danny Ingram retires from HCTC

Teaching Electrical Technology has been a great career for Danny Ingram and his students express keen appreciation for his knowledge. He is retiring from Hazard Community and Technical College after 29 years of service. As one student put it, "Danny Ingram was an absolute superb instructor. We could not have asked for anyone better. I went into Electrical Technology knowing basically nothing and I came out with plenty of confidence to go do work as an electrician. My professor was excellent." Ingram was praised for his teaching style, including diagrams that were drawn to help students learn circuits. Students also appreciated his hands-on approach in the classroom. During his retirement, Ingram plans to continue his electrical business, expand his High Tunnel and garden hobby and spend time with his family enjoying retirement.
