We re unfettered in that we create our own context for growing in any way we can. We have the freedom to do that so we have time to be a better teacher.
I feel respected and trusted and that helps a lot, Bryant said.
Senior Administrative Assistant Teresa Breeding said she enjoys working at a place that is so student oriented. She praised her supervisor, Vice President of Student Services Doug Fraley, for the model he set for student success. He encourages us all to do what we can for the students. He does whatever it takes to keep a student in school.
Doug has always wanted me to do better for myself; he has always been supportive to me in my work. He has a big heart and that is reflected in how he treats me and students, noted the 19-year-employee.
