The need for improved internet access in the mountains was discussed today at Hazard
Community and Technical College during FCC Tom Wheeler s first visit to Hazard. Shown

Dr. Juston Pate, and FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler. Wheeler heard from entrepreneurs who
said they needed improved access for their businesses to grow. Appreciation was expressed
for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System colleges and their success
in preparing workers.
