Mission

Our aim is to establish an all-encompassing learning atmosphere that encourages the inclusion and retention of minority students. We aspire to serve as a resource and champion for the Hazard Community and Technical College community on matters of diversity, inclusivity, and equity. We join hands with communities in Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe Counties, providing programs, services, and community coalitions that enhance cultural, educational, and civic development.
