The following Time and Absence Training documents serve as a reference guide to assist employees in completing and submitting timesheets and absence requests accurately. If you need further assistance, please contact HCTC payroll staff.

Submitting Timesheets and Absence Requests:
- Timesheets should be submitted electronically by the employee to their supervisor on or before the timesheet due date.
- Absence/leave requests should be submitted electronically by the employee to their supervisor prior to absence or the next business day the employee returns to work.
Timesheets and absence requests should be reviewed and approved electronically by the supervisor within two business days.
