Stress Reduction Workshop
HCTC Workforce Solutions is going to do a stress reduction workshop over 4 weeks. It will be free to faculty, staff, and the community. The workshops will be on Thursdays: Febuary 25, March 4, March 18, and March 25. The class will be held at 7-8pm. We invite you to participate in four sessions designed to help you learn how to decrease the stress in your life.
Learn some new strategies with our series. Week 1 session will be Take Care of Yourself (so you can care for others).
Week 2 is The Body/Mind Connection. Week 3 is Finding Joy in Creativity and Journaling. Week 4 is Growing Stronger (gardening and exercise)
