Maintenance and Operations
The Maintenance and Operations department is composed of maintenance and custodial staff that is responsible for building and equipment maintenance, climate controls, custodial services, fleet management, grounds maintenance, safety, security, inventory control, campus greeters/guides, courier services and small construction projects. These duties are carried out in a management attitude of openness and fairness and with a spirit of helpfulness and hospitality.
