Custodial Services

HCTC's Maintenance and Operations (M&O) staff is responsible for cleaning and security of the buildings and grounds. A regular schedule of cleaning is maintained by each campuses' M&O supervisor.

Special functions requiring M&O services need to be scheduled one week in advance. All events held on college property require the attendance of a member of the M&O staff. The M&O staff member is required to be available one hour before event, during the event, and one hour after the event.
