Join Dr. Peter Kraska as he presents Militarization of Today's Police at HCTC's Training Center at the Jolly Classroom Center on February 25 at 1 p.m. Dr. Peter Kraska is Professor and Chair of Graduate Studies and Research in the School of Justice Studies. He has distinguished himself as a leading scholar in the areas of police and criminal justice militarization, criminal justice theory, and mixed methods research. There is no cost for this workshop. CPR Certification will be offered at the Hazard Technical Campus this spring from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. The cost of the class is $56 which includes the book and certification card. Pre-registration is required as only a few spots are available in each session. Beginning to intermediate level basket weaving classes are taught monthly every month at the Hazard Technical campus. Cost varies depending on the basket for the month. Join instructor Keila Miller as she takes students through creating spreadsheets for personal budgets, company employee listings, sorting, filtering, and creating charts.
