6. High Wage, High Demand Completions: Measured by the number of unduplicated credentials in programs crosswalked to a high wage, high demand completions.  Credentials unduplicated by college and program; high demand is defined as growth greater than or equal to the projected percent change for all Kentucky occupations or 100+ average annual job openings; high wage is defined as a median annual wage that is greater than or equal to the wage at the 75th percentile for all occupations in the state of Kentucky. HCTC's goal is to meet or exceed the target number set by HCTC, as reported in KCTCS Performance Measures.

7. Licensure/Certification Pass Rates: Measured by the percent of first-time takers passing licensure and certification exams required by the profession for entry-level positions.  These include the following: Apprentice Cosmetologist, HVAC Journeyman, Dental Hygiene National Boards, ARRT Radiography, Respiratory Care CRT, NCLEX-ADN, NCLEX-PN, and Nurse Assistant/Aide. HCTC's goal is to meet or exceed the average rate for all KCTCS colleges, as reported in KCTCS Performance Measures.
