How to Apply

You’ll take five easy steps and have a lifetime of opportunity

Ready to get started?  Applying to the college is simple and straightforward:

  1. Complete an online application.
  2. Provide official copies of your high school transcript with graduation date or GED test results.
  3. If you have completed courses at a non-KCTCS college, send us an official transcript.
  4. Fill out a financial aid application.
  5. Send us copies of your ACT or Placement Test scores.

You will need to take the Placement test if you scored below an 18 in English, 19 in Math, and 20 in Reading. COMPASS is free for first-time takers.

Non-KCTCS college/universities official transcripts must be mailed directly to:

Hand-carried transcripts or transcripts "issued to student" will not be accepted.
