How to Apply

You’ll take five easy steps and have a lifetime of opportunity

Ready to get started?  Applying to the college is simple and straightforward:

1. Complete an online application.
   OR
   Download an application, complete it, and mail it to the address below... or drop it off at one of our six HCTC locations.
2. Provide copies of your high school transcripts or GED test results.
3. If you have completed courses at another college, send us an official transcript.
4. Fill out a financial aid application.
5. Send us copies of your ACT, ASSET, or COMPASS scores.

You will need to take the ASSET or COMPASS test if you scored below and 18 in English, 19 in Math, and 20 in Reading. COMPASS is free for first-time takers.
